AHPRA guidelines prevent the use of testimonials and the interaction of Medical Practitioners to respond to patients’ posts. We ask you NOT to share your testimonials or positive reviews on our social media posts.
However, the use of testimonials is permitted by individuals or businesses that do not advertise a regulated health service. A patient has no restrictions on sharing their information or expressing their views online or posting reviews on a review platform. There are NO restrictions on how a member of the public interacts with review sites or discussion forums.
