You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 21 days from the purchase date. For a full refund, returned or exchanged products must be unopened and in the original condition you received them in. They must be in a re-saleable condition with all security seals intact.

Our staff will need to know about the product concerned and the problem that has occurred. If this is a skin reaction, please include photo images of the area of skin concerned. You are very welcome to attend the clinic and discuss the issue with a member of staff directly, who will be very happy to help you resolve the situation. Please be aware that there needs to be more than 80% of product remaining to comply for a full refund.
All approved returns will receive a full refund back onto the original Credit Card used to make the purchase. You are responsible for all delivery charges associated with a returned item unless deemed an error on our behalf.
All consultations are non-refundable. They are paid in full at the time of booking an appointment.
It is also the policy that, should a patient fail to arrive or cancel their consultation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, their consultation fee will be forfeited. We do offer to re-arrange/ reschedule appointments if notice is given prior to 2 days before your appointment.
To secure your surgery date a non-refundable deposit of 20% surgical fees will be required. If surgery is cancelled by the patient, the deposit amount will not be refunded, however, any additional amounts paid will be refunded to the patient within 7 days from the surgery date.
Once surgery is performed fees are not refundable.
